NIGHTLY SPECIALS

MONDAY – POT ROAST
Braised pot roast served with root vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes

TUESDAY – NEW YORK STEAK
Hand-cut and grilled to order topped with gorgonzola butter served with potatoes au gratin and Brussel sprouts roasted with shallots and pancetta

WEDNESDAY – SHORT RIB
Braised short rib offered with a tri-potato hash with apple smoked bacon

THURSDAY – THANKSGIVING THURSDAY
Oven roasted turkey served with traditional stuffing, mashed potatoes, and homemade gravy

FRIDAY – BACON WRAPPED MEAT LOAF
Bacon wrapped meat loaf served with parsnip mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans

SATURDAY – PRIME RIB OF BEEF
Prime rib of beef served to order with creame horseradish and a baked potato with a garnish of asparagus

SUNDAY – SOUTH OF THE BORDER SPECIAL
Sample: Pork carnitas served with rice and beans, house-made salsa, guacamole, sour cream and your choice of corn or flour tortillas
