TUESDAY – BURGUNDY BRAISED POT ROAST
Braised in garlic, thyme and rosemary with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes

WEDNESDAY – ROAST RACK OF LAMB PERSILLADE
Sweet potato puree with brown sugar and maple

THURSDAY – THANKSGIVING THURSDAY
Who says you must wait all year? Oven roasted turkey, herbed wild mushroom stuffing, mashed potatoes, maple glazed yams, house-made gravy, and fresh cranberry compote

FRIDAY – GRILLED DURHAM RANCH BISON FILET

Marinated 24 hours. Cabernet demi-glace, Yukon Gold Mashed potatoes

SATURDAY – SLOW ROASTED PRIME RIB OF BEEF
Classic presentation with au jus, horseradish cream, and a baked potato

SUNDAY – OVEN ROASTED RACK OF PORK
With parmesan herbed bread crumb crust, vegetable saute with Vidalia onions, and spinach and zucchini with mashed red potatoes

“Fall-off-the-bone” succulent served with a chipotle-citrus BBQ sauce

Grilled All-natural Breast of Chicken
Pancetta, leeks, and Italian herbs in a bright EVOO and wine sauce

Marinated 24 hours. Wild mushroom ragout, Cabernet demi-glace

Fettuccine with Andouille Sausage and Argentine Red Prawns (changes nightly)
Scallions, sweet red peppers, vine ripe tomatoes, EVOO, fresh squeezed lemon and fresh oregano

Grilled Filet of Coho Salmon (changes nightly)
Caramelized onion risotto, basil chiffonade

Flat Bread Pizza 
Wild mushroom ragout, caramelized Vidalia onions with mascarpone and shaved parmesan cheese
