MONDAY – MOUNTAIN MEATLOAF
Family Recipe! Carrot and potato puree, green beans almondine

TUESDAY – ANGUS STRIP STEAK
Chipotle butter, potato gratin and roasted Brussel sprouts with shallots and pancetta

WEDNESDAY – “ALL DAY” BRAISED SHORT RIBS
Cannellini beans, apple-wood smoked pork belly, shiitake mushrooms, and caramelized onions

THURSDAY – THANKSGIVING THURSDAY
Who says you must wait all year?? Oven roasted turkey, herbed wild mushroom stuffing, mashed potatoes, house-made gravy, and fresh cranberry compote

FRIDAY – MEDITERRANEAN SEA BASS
Heirloom tomato, blood orange relish with sweet Vidalia onions and Herbs de Provence

SATURDAY – SLOW ROASTED PRIME RIB OF BEEF
Classic presentation with au jus, horseradish cream, and roasted salt and pepper potatoes

SUNDAY – GRILLED PORK MEDALLIONS
Maple, orange, and horseradish glaze, baby kale, spinach with mushroom and red onion sauté, Yukon gold potatoes

St. Louis Style Pork Ribs
“Fall-off-the-bone” succulent served with a chipotle-citrus BBQ sauce

Grilled All-natural Breast of Chicken
Pancetta, leeks, and Italian herbs in a bright EVOO and wine sauce

Grilled Angus Flank Steak
Marinated 24 hours. Wild mushroom ragout, Cabernet demi-glace

Fettuccine with Andouille Sausage and Argentine Red Prawns (changes nightly)
Scallions, sweet red peppers, vine ripe tomatoes, EVOO, fresh squeezed lemon and fresh oregano

Lodge Burger
Angus chuck and short rib blend on an artisan bun with choice of jack, cheddar, or Swiss cheese with charred onions. Served with “skin on” fries

Grilled Filet of Coho Salmon (changes nightly)
Caramelized onion risotto, basil chiffonade

Flat Bread Pizza 
Wild mushroom ragout, caramelized Vidalia onions with mascarpone and shaved parmesan cheese
