Gray Eagle Lodge has a two-tiered cancellation policy as follows:

1. Cancel your reservation eight (8) weeks PRIOR to your arrival date and you will lose one night’s deposit ($200) and the remaining balance will be refunded via check.  If Gray Eagle Lodge is open for business and not subject to Government imposed closure, any cancellation for any reason eight (8) weeks prior to your arrival date will result in the loss of one night’s deposit ($200).  We do not roll-over deposits to the “next season”.
2. Cancel your reservation WITHIN eight (8) weeks of your arrival date and your deposit is fully non-refundable. If Gray Eagle Lodge is open for business and not subject to Government imposed closure, any cancellation for any reason within eight (8) weeks of your arrival will result in the loss of your entire deposit.  We do not roll-over deposits to the “next season”.

Cancellation of individual days WITHIN eight (8) weeks of your arrival date will result in the loss of $200 for each day cancelled.

FOR 2026 PRE-RESERVATIONS:  If your cancel your reservation before December 31, 2025, you will NOT be charged a cancellation fee.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!
